FROM THE BEGINNING
The transformation of our Nello Court project began with a vision.
During our initial consultation, our clients shared their ideas for turning a tired, outdated home into a modern residence with exceptional street appeal and premium finishes throughout. Their vision was clear, and our team worked closely with them to bring it to life.
From a bold new facade to carefully selected interior and exterior finishes, every detail was considered to create a home that not only looks impressive but feels timeless. The result is a complete renovation that delivers the wow factor our clients were looking for and a home they can be proud of for years to come.
DURING CONSTRUCTION
This project involved a significant structural transformation, requiring careful planning and execution from the outset.
The renovation began with the complete demolition of the two front rooms, along with the existing kitchen and lounge areas. To achieve the open-plan layout our clients envisioned, we removed the roof tiles across the entire home and carefully dismantled sections of the existing roof structure. This enabled us to remove several load-bearing supports that were restricting the flow of the kitchen and living spaces, creating a far more open and functional layout.
New engineered timber trusses were then installed, followed by a brand-new Color bond roof, completing the structural framing stage of the project. With the external structure secured, we moved inside to reconfigure the floor plan, modifying existing walls and constructing new internal walls to better suit the family's lifestyle and future needs.
The transformation extended beyond the home itself.
At the rear of the property, we constructed a custom pool house designed as the ultimate entertaining space. This addition became a standout feature of the project, providing our clients with a stylish and functional area to enjoy with family and friends for many years to come.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Upon completion, we delivered a stunning transformation that exceeded our clients' expectations and achieved the striking street presence they had envisioned from the very beginning. The modern front façade was designed to create a lasting first impression, complemented by professionally completed landscaping that perfectly ties the entire exterior together.
Inside, the home was completely reimagined to provide a more functional and contemporary living environment. Key features included a brand-new kitchen, a spacious butler's pantry, an inviting entrance foyer, and an open, modern lounge area designed for everyday family living and entertaining.
The transformation continued to the rear of the property, where we handed over a custom-built pool house that serves as a true extension of the home. Finished with premium James Hardie cladding products and a polished concrete floor, the space offers a durable, low-maintenance, and stylish entertaining area that our clients can enjoy for years to come.
The result is a cohesive, modern renovation that has completely transformed the property both inside and out.
